1. Who we are

Laptop Wale operates this website and sells new and used laptops and accessories from its premises at Office No. 15, 15th Floor, United Center, Abdullah Haroon Road, Saddar, Karachi, Pakistan. "We", "us" and "our" refer to Laptop Wale; "you" refers to the person using the site or placing an order.

2. Orders

• Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract forms only once we confirm the order — typically after our confirmation call.
• We may decline or cancel an order at any time before dispatch, including where stock is unavailable, a price was listed in error, or an order fails our verification checks.
• Used laptops are single physical units. Where two customers order the same unit, the first confirmed order takes it and we will contact the other customer.

3. Pricing and payment

• All prices are in Pakistani Rupees and include any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise at checkout.
• We take reasonable care with pricing, but if an item is listed at an obviously incorrect price we may cancel the order and refund you in full.
• Cash-on-delivery orders carry a handling fee shown at checkout before you confirm.
• For bank transfers, we dispatch once the transfer is verified.

4. Delivery

Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Courier orders require a signature. If delivery fails repeatedly because nobody is available or the address is incorrect, the order may be returned to us and any shipping costs incurred may be deducted from a refund.

5. Condition reports and descriptions

We describe used laptops as accurately as we reasonably can, including measured battery health and known faults. Small variations in cosmetic appearance between photographs and the item are possible. Where an item materially differs from its condition report, our returns policy applies.

6. Warranty

Store warranty periods and exclusions are set out in the returns and warranty policy, which forms part of these terms. Nothing here limits any rights you have under applicable Pakistani consumer protection law.

7. Your account

You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity carried out under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

8. Acceptable use

• Don't attempt to disrupt, probe or gain unauthorised access to the site or its systems.
• Don't scrape, republish or resell our listings, photographs or condition reports without written permission.
• Don't submit false orders, fraudulent payment details or abusive content.

9. Intellectual property

The Laptop Wale name, logo, site design, photographs and written condition reports are our property. Brand names and product images belonging to manufacturers remain theirs and are used for identification only.

10. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of data or loss of business. Always keep your own backups.

11. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the version in force is the one published when you place your order. These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan and the courts of Karachi have jurisdiction.
